How we verify legal status
Every listing is classified on four clearly-defined legal levels — you always know exactly what you are buying:

Registered deed (مشهر)
The strongest level: the contract is recorded at the official notary registry (Shahr Aqari). Ownership is state-registered and transfers directly to the buyer.

Reconciliation paid (تصالح/تقنين)
The plot is in the government legalization program with the required installments paid to the New Obour authority — a strong, in-demand status with a clear path to full registration.

Membership & transfer (عضوية وتنازل)
The most common form inside the association: ownership through association membership with a documented transfer approved by the association's board. We verify the membership card and the full transfer chain.

Preliminary contract (ابتدائي)
An unregistered sale contract — the entry level. We flag it clearly, review the full chain of contracts, and always recommend independent legal counsel.
